PROCESS

RESERVE YOUR SPOT
When commissions open, limited spots will be available. To reserve your place, a $200 CAD non-refundable deposit is required and will be available in my SHOP.
This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your portrait.
REFERENCE & DETAILS
Once your deposit is received, I‘ll email you to provide photo requirements, confirm your preferred paper size, and provide a shipping quote based on your location.
I‘ll also confirm your scheduled start date and note any gift or deadline requirements.
DESIGN & PAYMENT
Before starting your portrait, I’ll create a digital mock-up using your reference photo(s) to establish the composition.
I will also request to learn about your companion’s personality or story, which helps me to capture their unique spirit.
Final payment is due on the 1st of the month you are booked for.
YOUR PORTRAIT
Once the mock-up is approved and payment is complete, I’ll begin drawing.
Most portraits take approximately 4-8 weeks to complete, depending on size and complexity.
Once finished, I’ll send you a photo of the completed drawing for your approval before applying a protective fixative.
APPROVAL &SHIPPING
Your portrait will be carefully packaged by me in a protective box to prevent bending or damage. Shipping will include tracking and signature confirmation. Insurance may be requested.
Each original portrait comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
DELIVERY
Once your portrait has shipped, I’ll send you the tracking information so you can follow its journey home!
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
