“Helen Violet’s work is truly the epitome of the intersection of art, life and love. She captured my fur babies -their unique expressions, the twinkle in their eyes, the emotion they evoke inside me when I look at them- so perfectly it was breathtaking.
Working with her was an amazing experience. She truly loves her subjects and wants to re-relate them as realistically as possible. She gets to know them through stories from you and multiple pictures and videos, so she recreates the actual spirit within them in her pieces.
We have both drawings and sculptures of my fur babies. The drawings look like my babies as Disney characters. I smile every time I walk past them. The sculptures are truly priceless. They are each in the “typical” pose I would think of them in. They are so realistic, everyone always takes a double take and stares in awe at them - remarking that they are so life like it’s as if they were actually staring into Kali and Zoey’s eyes. Both the drawings and sculptures are the perfect memorabilia for me to remember my babies by when they are no longer with me. Looking at the artwork renderings truly is like looking into their souls.
